Our Mission is to organize youth programs, to attract more youths to join us as workforces, as we aim to spread across different cities and nations in Africa and beyond, expanding God’s kingdom through songs and words – written/spoken.

Our Vision is to see our youths become great giants while using their natural talents, spiritual gift, and resources for Christ, in this end time.

Our Believe: we believe in GOD the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe that all things are possible with God on our side, and We believe that we can achieve great success in unity, and love.

All the 3 have different roles to play, for the growth of Youthful Praise Nation.

The Convener’s duty is to encourage and motivate all leaders, workers and members to continue participating and functioning in their duties, programs, meetings and financially.

The Convener monitors the monthly financial and population reports, which is been submitted to the General Secretary by the Chapter Secretaries every month end, as means to know the progress of all the chapters and Youthful Praise Nation generally.

β–  The Board Of Directors
The Board of Directors, also known as the sponsors, are the financial pillars of Youthful Praise Nation, whose responsibility is to always finance when needs arises. Its members are very few and the majority remain anonymous because it involves a lot of financial responsibilities, including emergencies, projects and programs financial needs. The Board of Directors are always ready to sponsor programs and projects quietly, and they also help with ideas to raise funds to achieve the unimaginable.

β–  The General Secretary
The General Secretary, who is also serving as the General Treasurer, his/her duty is to pass general and financial information to the General Leaders Group on WhatsApp, for All Chapter Secretaries to forward to their respective Chapters immediately.

The General Secretary’s duty is to keep information of all registered members, workers and leaders of Youthful Praise Nation generally, both online and on paper for references, celebrations, notifications and wishes – birthdays, seasons greetings and more.

The General Secretary is authorized to post celebrations of fellow leaders, such as birthdays and more on the leaders group only, while the Chapter Secretaries are authorized to do the same on their Chapter group.

β–  National Coordinator
The National Coordinator, also known as the country representative, is the leader of all chapters in his or her country. He/she is the leader whom all chapter coordinators in the country submit monthly financial and population reports to, while he/she forwards to the general secretary. The National Coordinator’s duty is to make sure the numbers of new members and monthly dues increases by working together with the Chapter Coordinators. In the absence of the position of the National Coordinator, All Chapter Coordinators will submit directly to the General Secretary.

β–  The General Head of Departments
General Head of Departments, also known as the General HOD is the leader who supervises all chapters’ events and progress in the music department. By month end, he/she receives monthly reports of both the music and events department of each Chapter. He/she recieves reports such as the total number of online or physical meetings held in the month, and the total numbers of members in the Music and Events Department in the month. This help both the Chapter HOD and General HOD to know if the chapter departments are growing or not.

After the submission of reports, the General HOD gives any of the 3 remarks as reply to the Chapter HOD in Music and Events: (1) Growing (2) Stagnated or (3) No Growth. With the feedbacks, the Chapter HOD understands and are expected to work hard, harder or more harder for the next month.

In Youthful Praise Chapters, there are 2 Heads of Departments: The Music HOD and The Events HOD, whom the General Departmental Head receives monthly reports from.

β–  The Chapter Coordinator:
The Chapter Coordinator, also known as the chapter head, his/her duty is to lead, direct and coordinate members, workers and leaders of his/her Chapter. He/she also focuses on organizing physical and online programs, by working together with the Chapter Secretary, Treasurer, and Heads of Departments to increase the numbers of new members and workers in the chapter.

How Can Chapter Coordinator Grow The Chapter?
All Chapter Coordinators can grow their Chapter by working hand in hand with their chapter excos, making use of the YPN Chapter Whatsapp group, or the YPN Clubhouse group or Physically, by organizing programs that are interactive and spiritually beneficial to youths and many.

The Media Team or The Convener are always available to help every chapter design online flyers for programs or invitations. If necessary, the online flyer can be sponsored on Youthful Praise Nation’s social media page or Chapter Facebook group for many to see, join and participate. If you need a graphic design flyer for your chapter programs, freely WhatsApp your Chapter Events HOD or the Convener.

For Growths, Chapters can organize:
1) 1-Day Relationship Hangout:
The Relationship Hangout can be organized physically, or on the YPN Chapter WhatsApp group, or on the YPN Clubhouse App. You are in-charge, take control as a leader, or appoint one of your chapter workers or leaders with the spiritual gift of teaching or counselling to talk or discuss on Marriage Relationship, Sex Education, Peer Group, Peer Pressure or anything related to godly relationship, a parent or married couple will be more helpful, for more practical experiences.

2) Audio Teachings:
The World has gone digital, and Audio Teaching is one of the greatest tools to impact and attracts youths today. The Audio Teaching can be done by the Chapter Coordinator or any other outspoken exco members, or simply invite someone to speak to the people, on a particular topic. You don’t necessary need to gather members together physically to achieve this. At the comfort of your home with your phone, you can set a day to teach via your YPN Chapter WhatsApp, or YPN Clubhouse or make use of the Youthful Praise Nation’s Telegram Channel – t.me/youthfulpraiseng for live-streaming. Have a standard platform where your audio or online teaching or programs are organized, to avoid carrying people around.

Recommendation:
Clubhouse App is perfect for audio teachings, very interactive and can automatically record all the teachings for others who miss to listen later. WhatsApp Group is good but limited and can only accommodate few people during the whatsapp calls; the teaching cannot be recorded either. Telegram Channel is similar to Clubhouse App, it can record the teachings for others to listen after, but the app consumes more internet data compare to the Clubhouse App that minimises internet data.

Whichever one you choose as the standard online platform, make sure all members, workers and leaders download the app and join to benefit from the online programs, as a way of carrying everyone along and impacting many. “Charity begins at home”, tell your chapter members, workers and leaders to join the platform, and add friends for wider audience.

3) Physically, you can organize monthly fellowship in the Chapter, once a month. This will help the chapter grow massively and help all members, workers and leaders unite as one.
